ABOUT
THE QUIET CONFIDENCE OF WELL-MADE SPACES

Design and execution are not treated as separate disciplines. The same hands that draw the space are the ones who see it through. This continuity preserves intent. It allows decisions to carry forward without dilution, and ensures that every detail is executed as precisely as it was imagined.
ORAM works through clarity. Not in mood boards or statements, but in process. Each project is approached with focus. The method is structured, the choices are reasoned, and the outcome is always specific to the people it’s made for. There is no house style. There is only the discipline of creating homes that are cohesive, resolved, and personal.
The studio takes on a limited number of projects. This is intentional. Fewer engagements mean deeper involvement. It allows time to listen, refine, and resolve. Every element is shaped with equal care—from space planning and proportion to materiality and light. The result is a home that reflects thought, not trend. And one that holds, long after the work is done.
OUR PROCESS
PROJECT BRIEFING

Every project begins with clarity. An initial conversation shapes an understanding of requirements, vision, and investment.
This is where alignment is established—on scope, ambition, and pace. Once defined, a detailed proposal is prepared, setting out structure, fees, and timelines. With confirmation, the process moves seamlessly into design.

FIRST CONVERSATIONS | CLARITY ON SCOPE | PURPOSE BEFORE PLAN | FOUNDATION OF TRUST | STRUCTURE BEFORE SKETCH | VISION ALIGNED | A PROCESS SET IN MOTION | MEASURED BEGINNING

DESIGN PHASE
Design unfolds in layers, each one building on the last. The process begins with inputs shared and direction set. Mood, materiality, and proportion are quietly resolved.
Layouts, renders, and drawings follow, refining flow, detail, and light. Every element is considered. Every decision is documented.

EXECUTION PHASE
With drawings approved, the project moves to site. Materials are confirmed. Schedules and costs are defined. Every element is planned with precision before work begins.
Construction proceeds with measured control. Furniture, furnishings, and final details are ordered and customised. The process concludes with a space prepared for handover—complete, resolved, and ready to inhabit.
